Sell the 10-class card your students actually buy.
Yoga, pilates, boxing and martial-arts students often buy packs, not memberships. In GetGymPOS a class pack is a package with the classes it includes and an end date, so the desk sees what's left before the student walks in.
Drop-ins sell like any product at the till. Packs and memberships can sit on the same member, so a student can hold a monthly gym membership and a separate yoga pack.

What is GetGymPOS?
GetGymPOS is hosted point-of-sale and membership software for gyms and studios. One login covers memberships with recurring billing, class packs, front-desk check-in, retail and supplement sales, trainer commission and an online store built from your products. It runs in a browser, so there is nothing to install.
How much does GetGymPOS cost?
Plans start at $59 a month per location on Studio, with Club at $109 and Multi-Club (three locations) at $189. Prices switch to AED (VAT included) or PKR with the country selector. There is no contract, migration is free, and annual billing gives 2 months free. See pricing.
Can I sell class packs as well as memberships?
Yes. A class pack is a package with a set number of classes and a validity period (for example 10 classes in 60 days). Memberships run monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, yearly or lifetime. Both appear on the same member profile with start date, end date and payment status. How class packs work.
How does member check-in work?
The front desk records each member's daily in and out time against their profile, so you have an attendance log per member and per day. Member cards can be printed from the profile. Check-in in detail.
Does it handle trainer commission?
Yes. Each trainer can have their own commission percentage, calculated on the invoice value or only on payments actually received. The sales representative report shows each trainer's sales and commission, and the HRM module can add commission to payroll. Trainer commission.
Do I need special hardware?
No. A laptop, tablet or phone with a browser is enough to start. You can add a receipt printer, barcode scanner, cash drawer and label printer later. Card readers work with the payment processor you choose. Hardware guide.
Is it available in Arabic, Urdu or Spanish?
The software interface and receipts can run in the language your staff use, including Arabic, Urdu and Spanish, and you can edit translations yourself. This website is in English, Spanish, Arabic, Urdu and Korean. Languages.
How long does setup take?
About 45 minutes for a single gym with a short product list: sign up, add your location and staff, build packages, add retail products, then make a first sale. Importing a large member list from your old system takes longer; we do that migration for free. How it works.
Which countries do you serve?
The United States, the United Arab Emirates and Pakistan, with local prices in USD, AED (VAT included) and PKR. Sales in the UAE and Pakistan run mostly over WhatsApp. Countries.
Is there a contract or a cancellation fee?
No. Plans are month to month and you can cancel from your account. Annual plans are paid up front for the discount; see the refund and cancellation policy for how unused months are handled.
