Set the 5% VAT rate on your products, enter prices VAT-inclusive if you prefer, and add your Tax Registration Number to the invoice layout. UAE gyms often have Arabic-speaking reception and coaches who prefer English, Urdu, Hindi or Tagalog. Each user can work in their own language, and receipts print in the language you choose, including right-to-left Arabic layouts.
Ramadan timetables shift training late into the evening, and many gyms run ladies-only hours or separate floors. Create Ramadan classes with start and end dates, and ladies-only packages with their own prices; attendance in and out times show you the real peak hours.
