How does the store stay in sync?
The store reads from the same catalogue as your till. A price change at the desk is a price change online; a sale at the desk lowers the stock online.

What is the auto-generated online store?
Every GetGymPOS account gets an online store built from the products in your catalogue. Add a product with a photo and price, and it shows up in the store with the same stock. There is no separate store to set up.
Is the online store included in my plan?
Yes, in every plan including Studio at $59/mo.
Can I sell memberships and class packs online?
Yes, packages are products, so you can publish them in the store. Most gyms publish class packs, drop-ins, merch and supplements.
How do customers pay online?
Online payment works with the payment gateway you connect for your country. Many gyms in Pakistan and the UAE also let members order online and pay at collection.
Do you ship products?
Shipping is up to you. The default is collection at the gym, which suits supplements and merch.
Can I use my own domain?
The store runs on a link you can share anywhere. For a fully branded site on your own domain, use the managed website, which links to the store.
What is the difference between the store and the managed website?
The store is automatic and lists products. The managed website is a custom marketing site with timetable, coaches, trial forms and SEO, built and updated for you.
Does it sync with WooCommerce?
