Reports

Gym reports that answer "how did we do this month?"

GetGymPOS reports cover sales (memberships, packs and retail together), profit and loss, purchases, stock and expiring stock, tax, trainer commission through the sales representative report, expenses, and attendance, filtered by date range and by location.

Definition Profit and loss (P&L) report
A profit and loss report subtracts what the gym spent (purchases, expenses, payroll) from what it earned (memberships, packs, retail) for a period, to show whether the period made money. GetGymPOS builds it from the sales, purchases and expenses already recorded.

What it looks like at the desk

An example of the reports screen with figures for a typical gym. Switch the country to see local currency.

Mock-up for illustration; the real screen follows the same fields.

Which numbers should a gym owner check weekly?

Membership income vs last month, members expiring in the next 7 days, retail margin, stock expiring soon, and trainer commission accrued. All five come from standard reports.

Can I compare locations?

On Multi-Club, run any report per location or for all locations together.

Does it replace my accountant?

No. It gives your accountant clean sales, tax and expense records. An accounting add-on is available for deeper bookkeeping; ask on a demo.

Straight talk

What it doesn't do (yet)

Saying no up front saves you a bad surprise after you switch.

  • Custom dashboard building is not available; reports are standard with filters and export.
  • Churn rate is not a single built-in figure; derive it from expiring and renewed subscriptions.
