Feature questions
What features does gym software need?
At minimum: membership packages with renewals, payment tracking, member check-in, and a way to sell retail. Growing gyms add trainer commission, class packs, reports across locations and an online store. GetGymPOS covers all of these in one login.
Are all features included in every plan?
The core (memberships, billing, packs, check-in, retail, online store) is in every plan. Trainer commission, member cards and HRM start on Club; multiple locations and API on Multi-Club. See the table above or pricing.
Is there a member app?
No member-facing app today. Members interact through your website, online store, WhatsApp and the desk. The managed website and the bundle cover the member-facing side.
Does GetGymPOS process card payments?
No. Card payments work with the processor you choose; GetGymPOS records them and adds no fee on top.
Can I add features later?
Yes. Move up a plan at any time from your account; your data stays where it is.
Does it work on a tablet or phone?
Yes. It runs in any modern browser on Windows, Mac, Android tablets, iPads and phones.
Can I try every feature before paying?
Yes. The free trial includes the features of the plan you choose. Ask on a demo to see Multi-Club features with sample data.
What is not included?
Seat-capped class booking, a member app, turnstile control and automated card retries are not part of GetGymPOS today. Each feature page lists its limits.
