Data requests
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct, delete or export it. We reply within 30 days (45 for California requests).
What you can ask #
- Access: a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction of inaccurate data.
- Deletion, subject to records we must keep by law (for example invoices).
- Export in a common format.
- Objection to marketing.
How to make a request #
Use the privacy contact below, stating the request, your name and the phone or email you used with us. We may ask you to confirm your identity.
If you are a gym member #
Your gym controls your member record. Ask the gym first; we help them respond.
Timing #
We respond within 30 days, or 45 days for California requests, and tell you if we need more time.
