What is in the Gym Growth Bundle?
Three things on one monthly price: the GetGymPOS Club plan for one location, a managed gym website, and a GoHighLevel CRM account with the Gym & Fitness snapshot installed (funnels and automations for trials, missed calls, renewals and win-backs). The website setup fee is waived.
What is a GHL snapshot?
GoHighLevel (GHL) is a CRM and marketing platform. A snapshot is a ready-made set of pipelines, forms, funnels and automations that installs into a GHL account in one step. Ours is built for gyms and fitness studios.
How much is the bundle?
$219 a month in the US, with local prices in AED (VAT included) and PKR. Setup is waived.
Do I need my own GoHighLevel account?
No. The bundle includes the CRM account with the snapshot installed and connected to your website forms. If you already have GHL, we can install the snapshot there instead; ask on the call.
Do the POS and the CRM share data?
Website and funnel leads land in the CRM. Members and sales live in GetGymPOS. A direct sync between the two is planned; until then, member lists move by export and import, and we set that up for you.
Can I send WhatsApp messages from the CRM?
Messaging channels (SMS, email, WhatsApp) work through the CRM's supported providers and their own per-message costs, which depend on your country. We set them up and tell you the costs before anything is sent.
Is there a contract?
No. Month to month. If you leave, you keep your domain, website content and data exports.
Can I start with just the POS and add the bundle later?
Yes. Upgrade from your account or ask us; your POS data stays as it is.
