Refund and cancellation policy
Cancel any time. Monthly plans stop at the end of the paid month. Annual plans can be refunded pro rata in the first 30 days. Setup work already done is not refundable.
Free trial #
The trial is free and needs no card. Nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.
Monthly plans #
Cancel from your account or by contacting us. Service continues until the end of the month you paid for; we don't refund partial months.
Annual plans #
If you cancel within 30 days of paying for an annual plan, we refund the unused months at the monthly-equivalent rate. After 30 days, the plan runs to the end of the year and does not renew.
Managed website and bundle #
Setup fees cover work done and are refundable only if we have not started building. Monthly website and bundle fees follow the monthly rules above. On cancellation you keep your domain and receive your content.
Billing mistakes #
If we charge you incorrectly, we refund the difference in full. Tell us within 60 days.
How to ask #
Use the contact page with your business name and invoice number. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
