Classes

Gym class management that ties classes to what members paid for

In GetGymPOS you create each class (Morning HIIT, Beginners Yoga, Kids BJJ) with optional start and end dates for courses, then include classes in the membership packages and class packs that cover them. The timetable itself can be published on your managed website.

Definition Class (in a package)
A class is a session type the gym runs, such as Spin or Kids Karate. Linking a class to a package means members who bought that package are entitled to attend it, so the desk can tell at a glance whether a member's plan covers the class they are joining.

How it works

How does class schedule work?

  1. Create classes

One record per class type, with optional start and end dates for fixed-term courses.

  2. Include them in packages

Tick which classes each membership or pack covers.

  3. Publish the timetable

On your managed website or as a shared image; update it when the schedule changes.

  4. Log attendance

Check members in at the desk.

What it looks like at the desk

An example of the class schedule screen with figures for a typical gym. Switch the country to see local currency.

Mock-up for illustration; the real screen follows the same fields.

What are start and end dates for?

Courses: an 8-week beginners programme, a summer kids' camp, a Ramadan late-night series. The class runs only between those dates.

Does it do online booking with capacity?

No. GetGymPOS does not take seat-limited class bookings today. Studios that need capped bookings keep their booking tool for that and use GetGymPOS for billing, retail and commission, or take bookings by WhatsApp through the bundle's automations.
