Why does the in and out time matter?
Out times show real session length and peak occupancy, which matters for floor staffing, ladies-only hours and, in the UAE, for Ramadan timetables when the busiest hours move to late evening.
Check-in
GetGymPOS gym check-in records each member's in time and out time for the day at the front desk. The visit is saved on the member's profile beside their package, end date and payment status, so the desk can welcome a member and spot an expired or unpaid membership in the same glance.

The member's subscription status and end date are on the same profile the desk opens to check them in, so an expired or unpaid membership is visible before the in time is stamped.
Any browser device at the desk. A barcode scanner speeds up finding a member from their printed card. Turnstile and door-controller integrations are not built in; ask on a demo about your hardware. See the hardware guide.
