What can be billed on a schedule?
Memberships, personal-training blocks, locker rental, towel service, a monthly supplement bundle: anything you can put on an invoice. The repeating invoice copies the lines from the original sale.
Recurring billing
Recurring billing in GetGymPOS turns a sale into a subscription invoice that repeats on a set interval (days, months or years) for a set number of repetitions or until stopped. Each new invoice appears on schedule with the member's details, and payments against it are recorded, including part-payments.
How it works
Sell the membership or PT block as usual and tick "subscription" on the invoice.
Choose days, months or years and the number of repetitions (for example monthly × 12, or open-ended).
Each due date produces the next invoice for that member with the same items and price.
Take payment by card through your processor, cash, bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa or any custom method, then record it against the invoice.
Unpaid and partly paid invoices stay in the list with their balance until cleared.

GetGymPOS raises the invoice and records payments. Whether a card is charged automatically depends on the payment processor you connect and the method the member uses; many gyms in the UAE and Pakistan collect by bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa or at the desk, and record it in seconds.
We say "works with your processor" because card payments legally run through a licensed processor of your choice, not through us. We add no fee on top.
Stop the subscription to end future invoices, or change the plan by ending one subscription and starting another. Past invoices and payments stay in the history.
Each invoice uses the tax rate or tax group you set on the products: sales tax in the US (added), 5% VAT in the UAE (prices can be entered tax-inclusive), and the applicable rate in Pakistan. See countries.
Straight talk
Saying no up front saves you a bad surprise after you switch.
Every member billed on their own start date, not one chaotic first-of-month.
Monthly PT packages billed alongside the membership.
Quarterly or monthly fees per student, with balances visible to the desk.

Recurring billing is included in Studio and every plan above it, at $59 a month per location. No per-member fees, no contract, 21-day free trial.

Recurring billing means each member's dues are invoiced automatically on schedule instead of the desk re-entering a sale every month. GetGymPOS does this with subscription invoices that repeat on an interval you set.
Yes. The interval is set per subscription invoice, so monthly, quarterly and yearly members can all exist side by side.
The invoice stays unpaid with its balance shown. The desk sees it on the member profile; you decide whether to pause access, take a part-payment or follow up.
Cash, card (through your processor), bank transfer and any custom method you add, such as JazzCash, Easypaisa or Apple Pay through your terminal.
No. You pay the plan price only. Your processor charges its own card fees; we add nothing on top.
The subscription list shows who is due. Automated WhatsApp, SMS and email reminders come with the Gym Growth Bundle through the GHL fitness snapshot.
End the current subscription and start one on the new package. The history keeps both, so reports stay correct.
Yes. Invoices and receipts print on receipt printers or A4, with your logo, tax number and layout per location.
Set it up in the free trial with your real packages and products. 21 days, no card.
