Add staff, roles and trainer commission rates
Invite the desk team and trainers with the right permissions and commission percentages. Each person gets their own login. Roles keep the desk focused and protect your settings.

Create roles
Typical set: Owner, Manager, Front desk (sell, check-in), Trainer (own sales report).

Add users
Name, login, role, and which locations they can access.

Set commission
Turn on sales commission and enter each trainer's percentage on their user profile.

Choose the calculation
On invoice value, or on payments received for instalment-heavy PT.

Test with a desk login
Log in as the front-desk role and check they can sell but not change settings.
Tips
- Remove a user on their last day.
- Never share the owner login with staff.
